I’ve wanted to study airbrush makeup for a while so I’ve spent the past few months researching, watching videos and reading blogs/reviews deciding which was the best brand to go with. I decided on Temptu and off I went to buy the kit and study the art.
I’m super happy to be the first makeup artist in Preston and the surrounding areas to offer Temptu Airbrush makeup pods.
A little about airbrush makeup
Airbrushing is a light weight foundation sprayed onto the body using an air gun machine. The spray ensures the application is thin and even.
The fine mist mimics skin and leaves a flawless finish on the face. As the layers are fine you choose the amount of coverage you prefer, being buildable it allows from the lightest to full coverage.
Water, heat and sweat resistant means you don’t need to worry about your makeup moving, just dab away any tears and it will continue to be perfect.
Airbrush makeup is suitable for all ages and skin types.
No fading or caking. No lines or streaking.
Silicone Based foundation
Temptu is a silicone based foundation and is the highest quality silicone-based formula on the market.. This ensures your pores are not clogged and allows moveability once applied for a few minutes to perfect the base. Silicone has major durability. There’s a reason it’s used on the red carpet and film sets, it doesn’t budge. Once set it’s staying for the whole day, perfect for a wedding.
So the biggest question is why should you use airbrush foundation over the general application. I do find when I start setting up the airbrush machine and then do the first girl everyone in the room is talking about it, it intrigues everyone and I’m asked a million questions – Usually the girl in the seat having it done is too. How does it feel? Does it tickle?
I thought the pictures below from Temptu explain this without me having to write too much.

Pictures of Airbrush makeup
You know I like to show my work without any filters or photoshopping so here we go… The crazy thing with all my airbrushing pictures so far is they actually look like they’ve been blurred as they’re so flawless!
