I wanted to share a recent wedding with you all that I did for the new Holly Gardner, the pictures are fantastic so here I am spreading them for everyone to see!
Holly had quite dry skin so a hydrating moisturiser was applied first. I left it to soak in for a few minutes before applying a satin primer to keep a young, fresh look to her skin. Foundation buffed into the skin and brows set in place with a wax and powder.
Moisturiser – Embryolisse
Primer – Illamasqua satin
Foundation – Nars Sheer Glow
Concealer – Illamasqua Skin Base Lift & Derma Palette
Brows – Elf Brow kit
Holly wanted smokey eyes so I applied a shadow primer, cream shadow and Urban Decay naked palette to achieve the look. Black eyeliner and lashes finished off the eyes.
Eye primer – Elf
Cream Shadow – Maybelline colour tattoo
Eyeshadow – Naked Palette
Eyeliner – Illamasqua gel precision
Finishing the complexion is really important. I like to put everything wet and waterproof where it can be on first then set with a powder product. The key is many thin layers for a lasting makeup.
Daniel Sandler – Waterblush
Illamasqua – Gleam
Mac – Soft & Gentle
Nars – Orgasm
Nars – Translucent powder
Holly had a quick check on everything, we bronzed her up a little more then put the final touches in place for her lip and then set her whole makeup with a setting/sealing spray.
Mac – Pressed powder
Max Factor – Lipfinity
Elf – Setting spray
These are some of the best wedding photos I’ve seen, a huge shout out to Damian the photographer.
I would like to wish Holly and Joe all my love and best wishes for their future together.
