Sarah and Greg’s wedding was at Combermere Abbey which is my all time favourite venue, I love this place! It was my first visits for Sarah’s wedding and everything we were told sounded so magical and even through the rain it really didn’t change.
Everyone had stayed over the night before in the Cottages and I mean everyone, this was all the grooms side as well as the brides and they were all in their own cottages in a courtyard, so pretty! Usually the groom is away but knowing he was so close and seeing the groomsmen walk around made everyone a little giddy.
All the girlies were in the main cottage, you are never stuck for room as they are so spacious. Sarah’s mother in law had her makeup done first and she was telling me all about the abbey where they were getting married later on, she told us that they put a padlock on the huge gates the night before and no one is allowed to enter now until the wedding, how exciting! You can’t see over or through the gates so I’m still totally clueless as to what’s behind them other than looking at how gorgeous is looks on the photos.
Everyone was lovely and it was a full on girly pamper morning, Sarah looked absolutely stunning and the bridesmaids were in dresses you wouldn’t normally associate as a bridesmaid dress but it worked really well as all her bridal party were young girly girls so they all look gorgeous!
Take a look and drool over Sarah and Gregs wedding, two equally gorgeous beings make a perfect match!
A HUGE shoutout to Tobiah Tayo for the photography, I can’t stress enough what a difference a top notch photographer makes and Tobiah is the man for the job.
Sarah was a stunning bride and everyone on the morning made it the day it was, thank you for having us as part of your special day.
Wishing Greg and Sarah all the best for their future together xx
